Bluebonnet, a naturist park, rests on 66.5 acres adjacent to Caddo and LBJ National Grasslands. Guests are able to relax and find refuge from the pressures of urban life. Our resort adds a new dimension to the nudist experience by offering a secure and serene environment. We welcome the experienced and the uninitiated nudist to enjoy our hospitality.
Bluebonnet Naturist Resort is a member of the American Association For Nude Recreation (AANR). The AANR is an affiliation of hundreds of nudist clubs from all over North America. Bluebonnet is affiliated with the AANR South West region. We are also a member of the Naturist Society.
Bluebonnet Nudist Park is located near Alvord, TX, approx. 45 miles northwest of Fort Worth.
About Lourdes Brioso Moss (Co-Owner)
Lourdes Brioso Moss is co-owner and co-manager of Bluebonnet Nudist Park near Alvord Texas. Alvord is located 45 minutes northwest of Fort Worth. Lourdes met Charles Moss when he was on a trip to the Philippines. In spite of the difference in their backgrounds and ages, they fell deeply in love and married in 1998. As she tells it, “My Charles introduced me to the nudist lifestyle. He told me that he owned a nudist park. I just gave him a smile and asked myself, ‘Is this for real’?”
Part of her promise to Charles is to keep his dream of a nudist mini-paradise alive. Lourdes and Charles’ son Edy share the joys of ownership and management of Bluebonnet.
In addition to nudism, Lourdes also discovered her love for running. Lourdes became a regular participant in Bluebonnet’s annual Bare as Your Dare 5K fun run. From 2003-2007 Lourdes was the first place in the women’s division of the AANR Southwest 5k Nude Racing Series.
